  • Buyer’s Responsibility (No Refund):
    • Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., slight color variations, tiny scratches) inherent to handmade DIY products.
    • Buyer’s change of mind or incorrect order.

2. Partial Refunds for Minor Flaws

  • For minor imperfections (e.g., minor glue marks, uneven edges):
    • Up to 30% refund upon photo proof, no return required.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Seller Pays: Defects or errors caused by us.
  • Buyer Pays: Returns for non-seller issues

4. How to Claim

  1. Contact diyworld1.myshopify.com within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Include: Order ID, photos, and issue description.
  3. We respond within 24 hours with a solution (refund/replacement/partial refund).

5. Quality Assurance

  • All DIY kits undergo pre-shipment checks.
  • Minor imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature; these do not affect functionality.

Note:

  • This policy complies with the EU 14-day return policy (excluding customized items).
  • We reserve the right to reject fraudulent claims.
