2. Partial Refunds for Minor Flaws
- For minor imperfections (e.g., minor glue marks, uneven edges):
- Up to 30% refund upon photo proof, no return required.
3. Shipping Costs
- Seller Pays: Defects or errors caused by us.
- Buyer Pays: Returns for non-seller issues
4. How to Claim
- Contact diyworld1.myshopify.com within 15 days of delivery.
- Include: Order ID, photos, and issue description.
- We respond within 24 hours with a solution (refund/replacement/partial refund).
5. Quality Assurance
- All DIY kits undergo pre-shipment checks.
- Minor imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature; these do not affect functionality.

- This policy complies with the EU 14-day return policy (excluding customized items).
